    Tendrils - Me! I grew up outside of Chicago, IL but now reside outside of Minneapolis, MN. (No, I don't like the cold! and GO BEARS and CUBBIES!) I've been called many names in my life.... many of them derivatives of my given name. My son calls me Momma. My husband calls me Honey. My students call me Teacher. My family calls me lots of things...... ;) However, here, you may call me Tendrils.

    Hubby - My loving husband of 5 years.

    Punky - Our 3 year old son who is growing like a weed!

Friday’s Fave 5

Ok, this week’s favorites.

  1. The weather.   Man—-what a perfect week here!    Highs about 70.   Lows in the 50s.    Beautiful.   Perfection.
  2. Caffeine – in any form.   I just can’t seem to keep up with being back into the swing of things! I miss the lazy days of summer.    I just may need it intravenously soon.
  3. My new iMac at school.   It’s so fast and its super sleek, flat screen and keyboard are so cool!   I love it!
  4. The book, Listography: Your Life in Lists.   I bought it at Barnes and Noble this week.  I haven’t started it, but it looks really cool!
  5. Ticonderoga “Laddie” pencils.    They are the big fat pencils you use in Kindergarten.  I have been using one this week in my lesson plan book, and I absolutely love it!

    It’s been beautiful this week here too. I’m loving the caffienne by intravenous idea! LOL. And that book definitely peaks my curiosity. We don’t have a Barnes & Noble here, I’ll have to look for it in Chapters. Thanks for playing along!

    Hey, that is the same iMac my roomie just bought. Yes, very sleek and very fast (she got it with 4GB of memory). And I think this may be the best Mac keyboard I’ve used to date. Happy weekend :-)

    Nikki- yeah—-it takes awhile to get used to it, but I LOVE the keyboard!!!!!
