ok, I think God sometimes has a bad sense of humor.  As we sit and talk about when we’d like another baby in our house….and when we should start “trying,” we have last night happen in our house.

I tried a few new recipes tonight….. These 2 are worth repeating again…….and again!

Tomato-Stuffed Avocados
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion, quartered
1 teaspoon fresh basil leaves, julienned
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 medium ripe avocados, halved and pitted
2 teaspoons lime juice
